School Fees

Fee Payments

School fees can be paid either yearly, termly or monthly and are to be paid in advance of tuition. Yearly payments are paid on 1st September. 3 termly payments are paid on 1st September, 1st January and 1st April. Monthly payments are paid on the 1st of the month over 9 months (Sept-June, excluding December). Please note that there is a late charge of $50 for all fees paid after the 7th of the month. Fees should be paid in full even if your child is absent during the school year. Unfortunately, children whose fees are not paid will not be allowed to continue to attend until overdue fees are paid in full (including any finance charges incurred).

Book and Supplies Fee

As of September 2009, we will be introducing a $200 books and supplies fee for new students entering into grades K-7. This will assist us in purchasing and replacing notebooks, text books and classroom materials. This fee will be payable upon registration. Please note that children who are already enrolled in the school will not pay this fee.

Re-enrollment

At the end of each academic year, a $350 re-enrollment deposit is required in order to guarantee a place for the upcoming year. This fee should be paid by 15th June and will be deducted from the following April fee. This deposit is non-refundable if your child does not take up his/her place at the beginning of the academic year or leaves the school during the year.

Scholarships

Our Scholarship program offers financial assistance for Turks and Caicos Island Nationals. These are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Principal. If you feel your child/children are eligible, then please contact the Principal to discuss this further.

Discounts

A 20% discount on school fees is offered to the youngest of three children attending the school.

Years 1 to 7 (5 - 12 year olds)

Kindergarten (4 and 5 year olds)

Junior-kindergarten (3 and 4 year olds)

Full Days 8:30am - 3:00pm

Half Day - 8:30am - 12:00pm

Pre-School - Half Day (2 - 3 year olds)

Half Days 8.30AM - 11.30PM

Although it is not our standard practice to offer a full time preschool programme, we are aware that some people's needs may require extended daycare. Please contact the school office for further information and for our current rates.
