School Fees

School fees can be paid either yearly, termly or monthly and are to be paid in advance of tuition. Yearly payments are paid on 1st September. 3 termly payments are paid on 1st September, 1st January and 1st April. Monthly payments are paid on the 1st of the month over 9 months (Sept-June, excluding December). Please note that there is a late charge of $50 for all fees paid after the 7th of the month. Fees should be paid in full even if your child is absent during the school year. Unfortunately, children whose fees are not paid will not be allowed to continue to attend until overdue fees are paid in full (including any finance charges incurred).

At the end of each academic year, a $250 registration deposit is required in order to guarantee a place for the upcoming year. This fee should be paid by 15th June and will be deducted from September's fee. This deposit is non-refundable if your child does not take up his/her place.

Our Scholarship program offers financial assistance for Turks and Caicos Island Nationals. These are subject to availability and the discretion of Principal. If you feel your child/children are eligible, then please contact the Principal to discuss this further.

A 20% discount on school fees is offered to the youngest of three children attending the school.
